Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and OOH to drive museum attendance, membership renewals, event ticket sales, and retail revenue. Own the email marketing program from strategy through execution, managing automated customer journeys, segmentation, and performance optimization using CRM and ESP platforms. Lead the promotional calendar, coordinating cross-functional initiatives for exhibitions, fundraising events, and seasonal launches while measuring campaign performance against core KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CAC. Report actionable insights to leadership and manage annual advertising budgets exceeding $250,000. Report directly to the COO with a focus on measurable growth and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- 3+ years managing paid advertising budgets
- Proven experience managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $250,000
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking setups
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Excellent project management abilities
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
