Job Summary
Develop branding messages and promotional materials for the Child Evangelism Fellowship of Virginia's state office and chapters. Collaborate with the Director of Development and chapter leaders to create radio spots, podcasts, and social media content while maintaining strict child protection policies. Conduct research to analyze marketing trends, forecast strategies, and present reports that guide leadership decisions. Collect constituent feedback and coordinate promotional activities, including trade shows and ministry events. Train staff and chapter leaders on marketing strategies and policies. Maintain positive relationships with ministry supporters and manage promotional material orders within nonprofit budget guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must agree with and sign the CEF Statement of Faith and Ministry Compliance Agreement
- Must support and uphold CEF's mission, values, and child protection policies
- Active involvement in a local church required
- Must be able to travel within the state of Virginia for ministry events, trainings, and promotional activities
- Must be available for occasional evening or weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, or related field preferred
- CRM proficiency preferred
- Ministry or nonprofit experience strongly valued
