Marketing Manager (part time 30 hours)

Senior Marketing Manager leading the marketing function for a fast-growing fashion retail and ecommerce brand. Responsible for strategy and hands-on execution across digital, social, email, and in-store channels; drives sales growth, customer acquisition, retention, and marketing ROI; manages a team of four; acts as brand ambassador with on-camera presence; oversees eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo experience highly valued); identifies opportunities to expand into new markets and customer segments; part-time role (30 hours/week) in Mount Maunganui, NZ with in-person (onsite) work arrangements.
