Job Summary
Marketing Manager to build OpenNetworks Health's brand from the ground up, own social presence and content across two audiences (self-funded employer and broker buyers; provider and network decision-makers), script/film/edit video content, design and run multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot (email, paid social, etc.), own conference and event strategy end-to-end, maintain a content assets library, and deliver performance reporting. You will identify association relationships, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities, while requiring a real portfolio of work and a self-directed, fast-moving approach.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally as the primary or sole marketer building programs from scratch
- Solo video production capability: script, film, and edit your own content
- Hands-on visual design skills in Canva and/or Adobe
- Paid social experience across Meta and LinkedIn
- HubSpot experience building campaigns, workflows, and performance tracking
- Strong written communication
- A self-directed working style; able to move fast with low oversight
- A real portfolio showing videos shot and edited, campaigns run, and follower or pipeline numbers personally driven
