Job Summary
Lead all marketing activities for the Canadian market, driving brand growth, commercial performance, and market expansion. Develop and execute a full-cycle marketing strategy that supports trade, dealer, and consumer objectives while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Own seasonal and ongoing campaigns (winter, all-weather, sell-out initiatives) and ensure strong execution across channels. Identify, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver high-quality output with cost efficiency and measurable impact. Collaborate with sales, product, and supply chain to ensure marketing plans are commercially relevant and supported in the market. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer needs to inform agile, practical marketing actions. Operate independently with a lean structure and no internal marketing team, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Success metrics include campaign effectiveness, trade and dealer engagement, brand visibility, marketing ROI, and contribution to sell-out performance and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the tire industry in a similar position
- Trade marketing experience in the tire
- Vendor and/or agency management experience
- B2C marketing experience is highly desirable
