Marketing Manager, Onboarding & Brand Integration

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end practice rebranding during doctor transitions and own onboarding and brand integration across the Corus network. Serve as the dedicated marketing contact for new practices, guide onboarding from signed agreement through active participation, and develop onboarding materials. Manage enterprise portals (Canva and Coco), maintain brand guides, templates, and asset libraries, and ensure on-brand asset delivery across multiple stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, integrations, operations, people & culture) and practice contacts to maintain project momentum, track milestones in Asana, communicate status, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. Drive onboarding sessions for incoming practices, doctors, and practice managers, and support doctor onboarding and offboarding with social assets and patient-facing communications. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize onboarding workflows and branding consistency across multi-location healthcare practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, onboarding, rebranding, or a related field
- Familiarity with brand management, visual identity, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent
- Experience in onboarding program development or client/partner success functions
- Exposure to practice management workflows, healthcare communications compliance, or patient-facing marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and external practice contacts
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment
