Job Summary
Lead North American marketing strategy by partnering with the Head of Marketing to define initiatives aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives. Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, and events to generate qualified pipeline and drive commercial growth. Develop compelling thought leadership content and sales enablement materials while localizing global messaging for the U.S. market. Plan and execute regional conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables to maximize visibility and relationship building. Collaborate closely with Sales, GTM teams, and business unit leaders to ensure marketing investments support commercial priorities. Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI through data-driven reporting to continuously optimize processes and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and commercial teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience planning and executing conferences, customer events, webinars, or executive events
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline generation and business growth
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior business leaders
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance data to optimize results
- Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and modern marketing workflows to improve efficiency and execution
