Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications to drive customer outcomes and ROMI. Responsibilities include managing programmes across paid and direct channels with agency partners from briefing to go-live and optimization; collaborating with stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing activity; driving social and content initiatives; leveraging data, measurement and optimization to strengthen ROMI; working in a fast-paced, high-performance team focused on customer experience, creativity, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications
- Proven project and campaign management experience
- Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Experience focusing on audience-led marketing that is commercially effective
