Job Summary
Marketing Manager to lead ModernFi's marketing function during a critical growth phase. Own strategy, content creation, digital marketing, analytics, and marketing operations; collaborate with sales to accelerate deals; manage external agencies; build a data-driven marketing function and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement across fintech/B2B SaaS. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, channel strategy, creating website/blog/social/email content, coordinating webinars/events, building digital presence, producing collateral with agencies, enabling sales with materials, establishing and tracking metrics, and staying current on industry trends. Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing (fintech/B2B SaaS/financial services), strong content creation, experience with digital channels and marketing automation, data-driven approach to analytics, excellent written/verbal communication, autonomous work style with cross-department collaboration, curiosity about AI tools, attention to detail, design/content sensibility, proactive self-starter mindset, and demonstrated tenure with ownership in prior roles.
