Job Summary
Marketing Manager-MOD leads the Museum’s marketing and communications efforts to grow audiences, promote exhibitions and programs, and maintain a cohesive brand across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, web, and partnerships; tracking performance metrics and reporting on attendance, engagement, and audience growth; managing email marketing calendars and website content; overseeing digital advertising and SEO; maintaining brand voice and visual content; coordinating with vendors and cross-department teams; and supporting media relations and community partnerships. Requirements include 3–5+ years in marketing/communications in museums/nonprofit sectors, excellent writing, experience with email marketing, CMS/websites, and digital advertising, Adobe suite proficiency, and strong project management skills. Salary in NYC: $65,000–$70,000/year.
