Job Summary

Lead go-to-market strategy and brand development for mission critical construction services, translating complex technical solutions into compelling messaging for data center and infrastructure markets. Collaborate with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive demand across digital, print, PR, and event channels. Manage competitive proposals, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives to ensure continuous innovation and ROI. Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through completion to amplify brand presence. Requires 7+ years of marketing experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary range $115K-125k annually with discretionary bonus. Located in New York, NY.

Required Qualifications

  • A marketing professional with 7+ years of experience
  • Ideally in AEC, construction, or technology sectors
  • Skilled at positioning complex services and speaking the language of technical buyers and C-level stakeholders
  • Creative and analytical
  • Confident in developing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social, and event channels
  • An exceptional communicator, both visual and verbal, with a bias for action and results
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to clients in mission critical environments (i.e., data centers, healthcare, government, or defense)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (i.e., OpenAsset, Cosential)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e., SEO, SEM, social media)
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), web-based tools, and Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to create and manage graphic design assets
