Job Summary
Lead and develop the broker engagement team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering professional growth. Oversee the planning and execution of broker outreach programs, events, and channel marketing campaigns across assigned markets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key broker and FMO partners to support member acquisition and retention. Translate marketing and sales goals into actionable team workflows and broker program delivery. Monitor broker engagement metrics and team performance, using data to guide priorities and continuous improvement. Partner with sales, compliance, legal, and marketing leadership to ensure program alignment and regulatory adherence. Manage team budget and vendor relationships in support of broker engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of experience in broker engagement, channel marketing, or healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of broker and FMO ecosystems within Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial health plan markets
- Track record of delivering broker programs that support measurable business outcomes
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and performance reporting
