Job Summary
Marketing Manager – Europe to oversee planning and execution of industry-specific marketing activities across Europe, collaborating with regional/global marketing, sales and product teams to deliver product-specific campaigns. Lead end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting and performance measurement, coordinate with in-house and external agencies, ensure brand alignment, generate leads and expand the decision-making unit across target audiences, and drive ROMI reporting to senior management. Requires a university degree in business or marketing, strong experience in campaign and digital marketing (B2B preferred), multi-channel and ABM capabilities, excellent communication, project management, budgeting, and willingness to travel across Europe. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in campaign marketing and digital marketing
- Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage
- Proven ability to build multi-channel campaigns, including PPC and social media
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (1:1/1:few) is an advantage
- Strong project management skills including budgeting and performance measurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset
- University degree in business or marketing or equivalent
- Ability to travel across Europe
