Job Summary
European Marketing Manager for nutritional, cosme tical & functional food ingredients. Owns the end-to-end marketing journey for the ingredient portfolio across B2B and B2C channels. Responsible for crafting strategic campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving demand among distributors, manufacturers, and health-conscious consumers. Tasks include developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for B2B and B2C, creating collateral (brochures, whitepapers, case studies, digital assets), planning and managing online campaigns (social media, email newsletters, PPC), optimizing website content and SEO, organizing and representing at trade fairs, workshops, webinars, and industry events, monitoring market trends and KPIs, and collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Regulatory teams to align messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Cosmetic Science or similar
- 3+ years marketing experience in the food, supplement, or cosmetics industries
- Proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, CRM)
- Strong storytelling skills and creative flair
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must-have
