Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for leading and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads, including management of tradeshows, digital marketing, social media, advertising, website optimization, and content. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media plans, creating content calendars, analyzing campaign performance, managing paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads), coordinating with external agencies, overseeing website optimization and SEO, developing marketing collateral, supporting product launches, tracking KPIs, collaborating with Sales/BD leadership to drive pipeline, planning and executing tradeshow/event marketing, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, 5+ years of marketing experience with preference for B2B/defense, proven event/tradeshow management, strong digital marketing knowledge, CRM/marketing automation experience, excellent project management and communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B and defense / security experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing tradeshows and events
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising
- Experience with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English
- Travel domestically up to 10% of work time
