Job Summary
Marketing Manager role in Korea focusing on end-to-end marketing management: develop and implement marketing programs to equip sales with tools for top-line growth, lead holistic marketing strategy for new product introductions and lifecycle management, monitor dashboards, refine value proposition, maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs, oversee market intelligence and analytics (including IQVIA insights), manage budgeting (A&P) and KPI reporting, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (Veeva/KMDIA approvals), localization of materials, support digital and social campaigns, and drive cross-functional execution from planning to reporting. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, customer orientation, teamwork, and fluency in Korean and English.
Required Qualifications
