Job Summary
Marketing Manager to lead company marketing efforts across multiple functions. Key responsibilities include managing the RFP/RFQ process from start to finish, coordinating with the pursuit team, developing client strategies and content for submissions, updating CRM data and graphics libraries, managing website content via WordPress, coordinating marketing initiatives with the executive team, and overseeing brand management and event logistics. Required skills include 5+ years in marketing, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office 365, experience with proposals and presentations for the AEC industry, and the ability to craft engaging, message-driven content tailored to client needs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with consideration given to equivalent education or experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or marketing, or similar education or experience considered
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with proposal/presentation planning, layout, developing and curating proposal content, graphics, and editing for the AEC industry
- Ability to tailor writing content based on project type and audience
