Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through integrated marketing across hotel outlets; oversee digital and traditional marketing, social media, PR, CRM and email campaigns; maintain website and content; coordinate photography/videography; support on-property programming and events; collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Catering, and Operations; manage external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (paid media and social channels)
- Experience with social media management, content development, and brand storytelling
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools and content management systems
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to brand consistency and detail
- Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
