Job Summary
Marketing Manager for a growing SaaS company in the OTT/streaming space, focused on executing demand generation, lead generation, and outbound go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include owning and optimizing demand generation across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, remarketing), driving pipeline for outbound sales teams, managing HubSpot workflows and marketing automation, coordinating with sales leadership to improve funnel visibility, refining ICP targeting and lead scoring, supporting SEO/AEO/GEO and AI-driven search visibility, creating marketing content (blogs, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, customer stories, social content), assisting with trade shows and events, and analyzing campaign performance to boost ROI. Requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or related areas, hands-on HubSpot experience, outbound marketing experience, analytics and attribution knowledge, paid campaign experience across LinkedIn/Google, and strong communication skills. Nice-to-have: SaaS/OTT/streaming or sales enablement experience and familiarity with SEO and AI-driven search trends. This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, RevOps or related areas
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation workflows
- Experience supporting outbound sales organizations and pipeline generation
- Background in demand generation, lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
- Understanding of marketing analytics, funnel reporting, attribution, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing or contributing to paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, or related platforms
- Comfortable working in smaller, fast-moving organizations where individuals wear multiple hats
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution
