Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for regional and country marketing programs for the da Vinci surgical procedures in Europe, focusing on Urology and Gynecology and da Vinci Single Port. Collaborates with regional sales and training teams, European marketing group, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, FSO, GPA, GAVE and MACA. Develops and executes regional/country marketing tactics, aligns target procedures/products, creates value props, stories, tools and events for the Physician, Patient and Provider stakeholders, and partners with surgeon champions (KOLs) to drive education programs and procedural adoption. Leads cross-functional teams, develops publication strategies, and delivers marketing projects to meet short- and long-term goals. Requires 4+ years in clinical/sales/product marketing in a therapeutic medical device context, strong communication skills, and travel readiness up to 70%.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Clinical/Sales and/or Product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company, Gynaecology or Urology surgery experience is beneficial
- Surgical and/or Operating Theatre (Room) sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
- Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to take leadership in unstructured environment
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite
- Ability to travel 70% (International travel required)
