Marketing Manager - International Programs

Job Summary
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for international markets, with a focus on Latin America. Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals, and collaborate with Branch and Dealer teams, product management, and agencies to deliver impactful retail marketing programs. Coordinate development of digital, web, and social media content to support lead generation and brand positioning. Manage marketing communications projects for Latin America, ensure timelines and processes are followed, support development and ongoing improvement of Branch and Dealer websites, and create internal communications plans to build awareness and support for marketing initiatives. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement, and align regional programs with global strategies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
