Job Summary

Lead development and execution of regional marketing strategies to grow inDrive’s presence by leveraging local insights and audience behavior. Drive budget optimization, content localization, and collaboration with local agencies to ensure impactful campaigns across target cities. Manage partnerships, explore additional local marketing channels beyond standard digital/offline mixes, and actively participate in on-the-ground market activations. Collaborate with product, operations, and driver relations to align marketing efforts, monitor performance metrics, and refine campaigns based on data insights. Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, independence, cross-cultural teamwork, and proficiency with marketing tools, while delivering locally relevant content and campaigns that resonate with diverse markets.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing
  • ability to craft compelling marketing strategies
  • strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets
  • proactive and independent
  • comfortable working with diverse teams across cultures
  • techsavvy with key marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • conversational English at advanced level (B2-C1)
