Job Summary
Marketing Manager - Indonesia for Envista/Ormco to drive growth in Indonesia, overseeing distribution channels (80%), building and leading a high-performing distributor, executing go-to-market strategies, and managing marketing initiatives (20%) including campaigns, events, analytics, and global liaison. Reports to Country Manager, collaborates with sales, finance, customer service, and technical support; success measured by revenue, operating margin, and talent retention. Requires minimum 8 years commercial experience (3+ years in US/European multinational), degree in Marketing/Business/Science, dental/medical devices experience, strong English and Indonesian, KOL/hospital network, and willingness to travel 50–70% within Indonesia.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a US or European multinational environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in dental or medical devices, including professional consumables
- Proven track record in strategic channel management, account management, value-based selling, and driving profitable growth
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with fluency in the local language
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% within Indonesia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and personal transport required
