Job Summary
Marketing Manager I for Lifecycle & CRM Operations at Care.com overseeing hands-on build, testing, and deployment of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app, and embedded messaging. Role emphasizes technical execution in Iterable with workflows, segmentation, and data management, collaborating with Lifecycle Strategy, Product, and Engineering to translate capabilities into business outcomes. Responsibilities include building/QA/launching campaigns, creating cross-channel workflows with targeting logic, maintaining HTML/CSS templates, monitoring campaign health, and troubleshooting data/templating/targeting issues. Requires data fluency, knowledge of data flows into Iterable, and collaboration across teams to translate strategic direction into technical builds. Familiarity with automation, AI, and ML features in CRM tools is a plus. BA/BS degree and mid-level experience in digital marketing/CRM operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 2-4+ years of Digital Marketing or CRM operations experience
- Deep experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); direct hands-on experience with Iterable is a major plus
- Mid-level HTML/CSS skills
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices, personalization strategies, triggered/automated programs, A/B testing, and responsive design
- Ability to work quickly and independently under deadline pressure and in an agile, test-and-learn environment
