Job Summary
Marketing Manager I/II for the RINVOQ Gastro Consumer Marketing portfolio. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute consumer marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion to RINVOQ. Lead DTC tactics with a focus on digital communications; manage integrated marketing initiatives; apply market insights to refine strategy; support media planning and campaign measurement; conduct market research (surveys, focus groups, interviews); manage project timelines and regulatory/compliance requirements; oversee agency relationships and budgeting; contribute to end-to-end marketing experiences and demonstrate AbbVie operating principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4–6+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical or CPG marketing
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, positioning, segmentation, value proposition development, and investment optimization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
