Job Summary
Marketing Manager role leading brand and communications for a UK compliance specialist. Responsibilities include devising an integrated marketing and communications plan, building a structured thought leadership programme, managing external agencies to optimise campaigns, driving B2B lead generation and inbound growth, leading promotional events and industry exhibitions, measuring KPIs and ROI, and presenting strategies and budgets to Senior Leadership. Requires extensive marketing experience in fast-paced B2B services, proven ability to develop full-scale marketing plans (brand management, budgeting, thought leadership), proficiency with online marketing tools and CRM platforms, strong written and verbal communication, multitasking and project management skills, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and a full UK driving license with DBS check and references.
