Job Summary
Marketing Manager – Hospitality at Crown Melbourne leads the strategy and end-to-end delivery of hospitality marketing across dining and hotel offerings. Responsibilities include developing and executing the hospitality marketing strategy, planning and delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns leveraging data, insights and customer segmentation, driving launches and ongoing performance of hospitality concepts through PR, CRM, digital, events, and on-property activation, managing budgets and ROI to meet commercial objectives, analyzing campaign performance and customer insights to optimise effectiveness, overseeing quarterly marketing plans aligned to growth priorities, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and leading/coaching a team of Marketing Executives and Coordinators in a shared services environment. The role requires 7+ years in marketing with at least 4+ years in hospitality/F&B/hotel marketing, proven success in data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and channel execution. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field are preferred.
