Job Summary
Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing, proposal and pursuit management, marketing operations, and team leadership within the AEC industry. Responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership and division leaders to support firmwide marketing and business development initiatives, translating growth objectives into actionable marketing efforts, supporting positioning for prime and subconsultant pursuits, leading the full lifecycle of proposals (RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, presentations, and interview materials), coordinating with technical staff and external partners, developing client-focused narratives and materials, ensuring submissions meet client requirements and deadlines, maintaining schedules and compliance matrices, overseeing the marketing knowledge hub and templates, driving CRM data management, and mentoring marketing team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong organization, strategic thinking, and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, business development, or related roles within the AEC industry
- Strong experience managing complex proposal submissions and fast-paced deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with CRM systems, Deltek, or marketing databases is a plus
