Job Summary
Marketing Manager (m/w/d) responsible for growth and market expansion, shaping demand and positioning toern as a leading AI/SaaS solution. Drive consistent cross-channel communication, develop and execute growth/marketing campaigns (HubSpot, paid, organic), create and publish content (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, website, partner marketing), plan events for lead generation, and prepare presentations/keynotes. Direct collaboration with founders and growth team; high ownership and measurable impact on growth, positioning and pipeline. Proficiency in German and English; strong copywriting and content skills; AI-enabled mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in B2B, Growth or SaaS Marketing
- Strong understanding of positioning, target audiences and funnel thinking
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong copywriting and content skills
- Structured, reliable and hands-on work style
- AI affinity: use of AI tools in daily work
