Marketing Manager Growth - Google Ads (m/w/d)

Manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display, by planning, executing, and optimizing independently. Structure and scale large product catalogs for Shopping feeds while developing bidding strategies and analyzing performance data to drive clear recommendations. Ensure a clean tracking foundation through close collaboration with E-Commerce and sales teams. Start in part-time (25–30h) with a clear path to full-time as the channel scales. This role offers direct ownership of the Google Ads channel within a small B2B e-commerce organization, providing visible impact and a flat hierarchy.
