Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives for the Central Asia market, including event marketing (conferences, webinars, roadshows), channel/partner marketing, social media and content strategy (localization into Russian, CIS-focused content), email campaigns and lead generation, ABM campaigns, and marketing analytics. Collaborates with sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline, engagement, and ROI across BFSI, telecom, e-commerce, and government sectors. Requires 3+ years in B2B marketing, cybersecurity/tech/SaaS familiarity, AI-driven marketing experience, proficiency with HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn and Telegram, and strong writing skills; English at minimum B2 level; opportunity for cross-region relocation across Group-IB's Digital Crime Resistance Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing workflows and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve content production, analytics, personalization, campaign execution, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in project/event execution, digital marketing, and content development
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Telegram), and ABM strategies (experience with 6sense is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- English proficiency: minimum B2 level
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities are a plus
