Job Summary
Marketing Manager at Grand Chateau in Las Vegas, NV oversees day-to-day marketing activities and leads the marketing workforce to drive performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, analyzing data to monitor tour flow and team performance, increasing tour generation, and maintaining relationships with sales management and the sales force. The role requires coaching and mentoring marketing staff, coordinating with marketing operations on new initiatives, generating traffic, and ensuring effective communication of marketing strategies to the sales force. Travel is required 20%–50% of the time; weekend and holiday work may be necessary. Relocation assistance may be provided. Education requirement is a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Required Qualifications

- Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED, or 2 years of equivalent work experience; minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
