Job Summary
Lead local marketing and business development strategy for the Latin America region in Mexico City, aligning regional initiatives with global firm strategies. Drive integration across practice areas, manage lead generation and CRM/tracking, and build high-performing marketing teams. Oversee marketing collateral, proposals, events, budgets, and regional initiatives; contribute to high-profile engagements and internal communications. Responsibilities include developing market/sector plans, conducting market research, tracking success metrics, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring adherence to firm standards. Qualifications include 10+ years in marketing/communications, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and bilingual Spanish/English; strong leadership, strategic thinking, client relationship skills, and ability to collaborate with executive leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience in marketing and communications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field
- A master’s degree may be advantageous
- Experience leading/managing marketing teams
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work closely with executive-level leaders and develop internal relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles and ability to direct design projects
- Proven excellence in hiring/growing talent; strong leadership skills
