Marketing Manager, Generalist

Job Summary
Manage the marketing department as the internal account and project manager, handling intake, timelines, and priorities for all requests. Maintain the project pipeline in Monday.com, track campaign progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations. Execute marketing strategy by translating priorities into concrete plans and supporting design production using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to create on-brand materials. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, aligning priorities to avoid duplicated effort while assisting with reporting and meeting prep. This generalist role blends project management with hands-on execution to keep strategy and campaigns moving on time.
Required Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural project manager
- Someone who takes ownership and keeps track of a hundred moving pieces at once
- Comfortable flexing between big-picture planning and hands-on production work
- Genuinely enjoys working with people across departments
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on experience in Monday.com or a similar tool (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- A solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
- Candidates selected for employment must successfully complete a pre-employment background screening and drug screening
- Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results for both background screening and drug screening
- Tuberculosis (TB) testing and fingerprinting may be required, as applicable

- College degree
