Job Summary
Brand Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end marketing leadership for G Fedale across local and regional channels. Owns the marketing funnel from lead generation to organic social, reputation management, customer loyalty, and local content; drives demand, builds brand equity, and reports on performance to leadership. Manages Google LSA strategy and execution, lead flow optimization, event planning, sponsorships, customer loyalty programs, organic social across multiple platforms, GBP optimization, reviews/reputation, local content creation, and cross-location collaboration. Requires 5+ years in marketing/advertising/lead generation with strong analytical and writing skills, budget responsibility, multi-brand coordination, and experience in home services or multi-location/franchise marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or lead generation role
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media or LSA programs with direct budget responsibility
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and translating findings into action
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple brands simultaneously without requiring daily direction
- Proficiency in Google LSA platform and excel
- Experience managing social media and online reputation across multiple locations or brands simultaneously
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct brand identities
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles and reputation management platforms
- Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration across brand and regional teams
- Solid problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
