Job Summary
Marketing Manager for a fashion + lifestyle startup, London-based with hybrid work arrangement. Lead cross-brand marketing efforts across three brands, directing creative, social strategy, content development, and brand identity. Collaborate with a Marketing Executive, drive community growth, ensure consistent brand presence across digital channels, and oversee shoots, campaign visuals, and ecommerce assets. Responsibilities include defining brand identities, maintaining voice and positioning, managing mood boards and on-set guidance, developing cost-effective content production, executing test-and-learn social strategies, growing engagement, optimizing imagery and storytelling with cross-functional teams (Marketplace, DTC, Wholesale), aligning activities with trading priorities and seasonal launches, and mentoring a Marketing Executive. Requires hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, strong creative instincts, shoot production experience, deep understanding of social media trends, and excellent communication.
