Job Summary
Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and TV (linear & streaming/CTV). Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (ROAS, CR, etc.). Analyze campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging and budget allocation. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing. Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of budgets across paid search, social, and TV (linear or streaming/CTV)
- Fluency in English; German or French a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker or similar)
- Independent, self-reliant, and structured work approach
- Ability to tackle tasks autonomously and drive ownership
- Excellent communication and willingness to engage with cross-functional teams
- Experience within the DACH market (ideally)
