Job Summary
The Marketing Manager at Emburse is responsible for developing cross-sell campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals and customer success. Key responsibilities include designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing content creation, setting campaign goals and KPIs, and partnering with sales and customer success teams. The role requires strong campaign execution skills, data-driven mindset, experience with marketing tools, and ability to manage budgets. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant customer or growth marketing experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Customer or Growth Marketing experience
- Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and resolve ambiguity quickly
- Passion for building relationships and working with sales and customer teams to execute cross-functional campaigns
- Experience working with stakeholders to coordinate campaign efforts
- Desire to make a significant impact and drive change through effective campaign execution
- Solutions-oriented mindset driven by curiosity to explore new campaign approaches
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Qualified, Mutiny, Goldcast, and Marketo
- Strong organizational, planning and execution skills
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
