Job Summary

Marketing Manager to lead the company’s B2B defense marketing across digital, social, events, and content. Responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through management of tradeshow presence, digital campaigns, website optimization, and marketing collateral. Develop and execute integrated plans, collaborate with Sales/BD, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Manage social media calendars, paid advertising, content development (blogs, newsletters, brochures, case studies), landing pages, and email campaigns. Oversee website analytics, SEO/UX improvements, and vendor relationships. Travel up to 10% and support product launches. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of marketing experience, plus strong experience with CRM (Salesforce), analytics platforms, and marketing tools. Excellent project management, communication, and the ability to work independently and with internal/external partners. Knowledge of marketing for defense/security sectors is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B and defense / security experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing tradeshows and events
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising
  • Experience with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external resources at a professional level that builds mutual respect and confidence
  • Able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Manages time well and meets deadlines
  • Work well with others as a team and in a group setting to solve problems
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English
  • Travel domestically up to 10% of work time
