Job Summary
Ecommerce Program Manager at Carolina Cat leading the development and execution of a B2B e-commerce strategy, overseeing administration and growth of Caterpillar and dealer digital applications, collaborating with IT, Marketing and OEM teams, driving customer adoption and online parts sales, and ensuring digital journeys meet business goals. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related area of study
- minimum 7 years of progressively more senior responsibilities as it relates to e-commerce, marketing, digital strategy, customer experience or sales
- Deep understanding of digital and e-Commerce practices, technologies and applications
- Experience with competitive brands or like-minded categories of business targeting a similar type of buyer segment
- Experience with a retail-centric organization, preference for dealer or franchise-based brands
