Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across Doryssa Hotels & Resorts brands and business units; plan, coordinate, and oversee annual marketing and communication plans; manage brand positioning and cross-channel messaging; collaborate with hotel operations, sales, revenue, HR, and F&B; coordinate external agencies and content creators; manage digital marketing (website content, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media); monitor online reputation and guest engagement; analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities; develop promotional campaigns and seasonal activations; manage marketing budgets and campaign performance through data analysis; support recruitment branding and employer branding with HR; oversee production of marketing collateral; visit properties to ensure brand standards; travel to Samos during operating season.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
- Hospitality/press related experience a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media strategy, content marketing, and performance marketing
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional projects
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related platforms and tools
- Ability to travel frequently to Samos during the operating season
