Job Summary
Marketing Manager to oversee multi-property hospitality marketing across hotels, restaurants, and bars, directly managing a team of two Marketing Coordinators. Responsibilities include developing integrated marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and guest engagement; ensuring brand consistency across brands and properties; brand management and creative direction; managing marketing channels (social media, PR, design, advertising, promotions, events); collaborating with hotel, restaurant, and F&B leadership to support revenue growth and guest loyalty; and travel opportunities within the portfolio to leverage multi-property marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
