Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Europe Energy Week, including exhibitor, sponsor and delegate acquisition; manage end-to-end marketing plan across digital, print and experiential channels; develop locally relevant content and assets; leverage CRM, marketing automation and analytics to drive lead generation, audience growth and ROI; collaborate with international teams, external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with event positioning and market priorities. Strong writing and messaging, with ability to adapt across audiences; experience with CRM platforms and event technologies; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment; English proficiency required, German a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years in mid manager level marketing, exhibition marketing is a must
- Marketing qualification is advantageous
