Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager for the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, focused on supporting the Marketing Department with a broad range of activities including developing marketing materials, public relations, and agency communications. Responsible for creative development of print materials, social media content, newsletter writing and distribution, website content updates, event coordination and vendor liaison, media interview coordination, press releases, media list maintenance, and data analysis of performance. Must manage social media content and video graphics, and contribute to community outreach and promotional efforts while maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, volunteers, reporters, vendors, and donors. Requires proficiency in graphic design and social media video production, experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to plan and execute projects with urgency. Educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business, or marketing with at least two years of marketing/PR experience; valid Florida driver’s license and insured transportation are required. Must be detail-oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work in an office setting, with occasional travel and flexible hours.
