Job Summary
Develop and execute marketing plans for all restaurant and bar outlets, focusing on local reach, repeat visitation, and community engagement. Partner with culinary and operations leaders to promote menu launches, seasonal activations, and event programming while building campaigns that highlight property experiences and unique offerings. Lead social media content execution by creating calendars, producing photo and video assets, and managing posting and engagement across platforms. Serve as an in-market ambassador to seek new partnerships, local collaborations, and cross-promotional opportunities with the CVB, chambers, and professional groups. Maintain a visible presence within the local community and broader hospitality scene to source partnership and activation ideas. Work closely with corporate marketing and internal creative teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel
Desired Qualifications
- On property hotel experience
- Understands the operational rhythm of a hotel and how to work alongside GMs and F&B leaders
- Familiarity with Marriott brand systems and marketing standards
- Strong understanding of the Atlanta market and surrounding communities
- Proficient with social media platforms, content creation and basic analytics
- Comfortable representing the brand at community events and networking functions
- Skilled at building local partnerships and spotting new revenue and activation opportunities
- Organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities
