Job Summary
Marketing Manager, Consumer Brands for Florida’s Natural Juices and Drinks leads brand strategy, consumer communications, and growth initiatives; responsible for new product launches, in-market performance analysis, and cross-functional leadership from feasibility to launch. Collaborates with Directors and agencies, analyzes Nielsen/IRI data, forecasts revenue by product segment, develops P&L inputs, designs retailer presentations, and supports sales with up-to-date brand information. Requires a Master’s degree and 3-5 years in a CPG brand/marketing role; position is on-site two days per week and non-relocation eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration required
- 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant, Associate or Brand/Marketing Manager in a CPG company that markets and sells products in traditional retail including Walmart and national Grocery chains
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in analyzing business performance metrics and drawing data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site two days per week
- Role is non-relocation eligible; candidates must reside within commuting distance
