Job Summary
Marketing Manager for Chart House Waikiki focused on driving reservations and revenue. Owns and executes marketing across digital, social, partnerships, and in-restaurant programming to fill tables, build repeat customers, and grow brand equity. Responsibilities include driving bookings (OpenTable/Resy), optimizing website/conversion, revenue-driven campaigns, content creation (IG/TikTok), influencer and local partnerships, events and programming, paid media management (Meta, Google), reputation management (Google/Yelp), and Email/SMS marketing. Requires 3-6+ years in restaurant/hospitality marketing, ability to demonstrate ROI, strong knowledge of social media and local partnerships, reservation platforms, and the ability to work on-site in Honolulu/Waikiki at least 3 days per week; travel/events capacity as needed; photography/video skills beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or nightlife marketing
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue results (not just engagement)
- Strong understanding of social media (IG/TikTok) and local marketing + partnerships
- Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)
- Experience running paid media campaigns or managing a paid agency
- Must live locally and work on site in office at least 3 days per week
- Basic photography/video skills (iPhone-level acceptable)
- Experience marketing in tourist-driven markets (Hawaii, Honolulu)
