Job Summary
Marketing Manager, Catalogue is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that maximise visibility, cultural relevance and commercial performance of Sony Music’s catalogue repertoire. The role manages a roster of catalogue artists and acts as day-to-day marketing lead, collaborating with Domestic and International marketing teams, management, and internal departments to drive audience engagement, streaming growth and long-term catalogue value across digital, physical and emerging platforms. You will leverage data, audience insights and cultural trends to optimise campaign performance, channel engagement into CRM and e-commerce growth, and create campaign reporting to inform broader departments. The position requires a creative, proactive marketer with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in music, entertainment, media or a related marketing environment.
