Job Summary
Marketing Manager in Building Materials Industry responsible for developing and expanding accounts in assigned territory, providing sales support, assisting Credit and Customer Service with invoice/AR issues, preparing reports and budgets, assisting in annual business plans and forecasts, attending trade shows to build relationships and raise product visibility, and handling administrative tasks. Requires a BS in Business or Engineering (preferred) with five years of sales experience and strong skills in lead generation and conversion, negotiation, relationship-building, territory management, knowledge of the cement industry and concrete testing, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
- Five years sales experience
- Sales and marketing skills including lead generation and conversion
- Negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Good organization and territory management skills
- Knowledge of cement industry and processes, mix designs and concrete testing
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and other desktop programs
