Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for assigned events and institutional initiatives, including paid media, social media, promotional partnerships, and grassroots marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams, community partners, and external vendors to drive ticket sales and attendance, negotiate media coverage, optimize pricing for subscriptions and tickets, monitor marketing metrics, and manage advertising assets from inception to execution. Requires strong project management, relationship-building with partners, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support events at the Broward Center and managed venues.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, Arts Administration or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Two (2) years of hands-on entertainment marketing experience, preferably in non-profit arts
- Proven success in achieving ticket sales goals and revenue contribution
